Shareholders

Hydrowatt S.p.A is a privately-publicly owned joint venture company founded on entrepreneurial spirit, managerial capability and extensive knowledge of the field.
60% of the shares are held by the holding company Epico Srl, jointly controlled by Flavio and Valerio Andreoli Bonazzi, active in the renewable sources sector in Italy and abroad.

40% of the shares are held by Cicli Integrati Impianti Primari SpA (CIIP)); CIIP is the operator of integrated water services for ATO No.5 South Marche, which includes more than 60 municipalities in the province of Ascoli Piceno, with about 350,000 users.

Consolidation of this fruitful collaboration between the private and public sectors has paved the way for the identification and development of unexplored and unused hydroelectric potential throughout Italy.
