Bizhan Bassiri at the Argentina theatre
Hydrowatt has long chosen to embrace art in its multiple forms; to this end, once again, the company wanted to make its valuable contribution to an initiative of great artistic value – a show that took place at he end of May at the prestigious Argentina Theatre in Rome entitled “A Manifesto of Magmatic Thought Event” by Bizhan Bassari a versatile Iranian artist. This event/concert staged with the support of the Rome Philharmonic and in collaboration with Gallerja, represents the essence of Bizhan Bassari’s artistic ideas; the show is in five acts and magnificently fuses vision, sound and poetic narration to create that unique and unrepeatable whole that a work of art is. The writer read, to musical accompaniment, texts related to his poetic declarations. The music, from internationally famous composers such as Hans Werner Henze, Marcello Panni, Giorgio Battistelli and Stefano Taglietti gave life to an extraordinary show, evidence of how a work of art can.
