Creation of Epico the new holding company for the Andreoli Bonazzi Group

As part of the reorganisation of companies within the Andreoli Bonazzi Group, a new company has recently been established, EPICO Srl, an acronym of Energy Production Industry Company, created by merging Hydrofin Srl and Essepi Spa. This new holding company of industrial interests, desired by Flavio and Valerio Andreoli Bonazzi, has been created with the aim of sustaining the growth programme of the group’s activities in the renewable sources field, both in Italy and abroad.
